How to care for your microgreens
- Place microgreens tray in an area of indirect sunlight, ensuring your greens aren’t exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Water tray from bottom (lift a section and add to main tray) once per day with half a cup to a cup of water. Your goal is to just keep the roots moist. If the surface of the roots appears dry, add a small amount of water to the surface of that section as well.
- Be sure to have your tray located on a flat surface. When harvesting your greens, use a sharp scissors or a sharp knife to cut low on the stem.
